1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by Passamonti Projects, owner Jamiro Passamonti, Amriswilerstrasse 53, 9314 Steinebrunn, under the brand The Site Hustle (hereinafter «we»), in particular the conception, design and development of websites, content, marketing and photography. Deviating terms of the client only apply if we confirm them in writing.
2. Offer and contract
Every project is based on our written offer with scope, price and timeline. The contract is concluded when the client accepts the offer in writing or by email. Additional services are agreed separately.
3. Delivery by specialists
We carry out projects with selected specialists and may involve third parties for this purpose. We are always the client’s point of contact. We coordinate everyone involved and are responsible to the client for the agreed service.
4. Client cooperation
The client provides the agreed content, access and feedback in good time. The client ensures that they hold the necessary rights to texts, images and trademarks supplied. Delays on the client’s side postpone the timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions and acceptance
The number of revision rounds is specified in the proposal. On completion, the client reviews and approves the result.
6. Prices
The prices in the proposal apply, in Swiss francs.
7. Rights of use
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the work created for them for the agreed purpose. Templates, tools and general know-how we use in the process remain with us or the specialists involved.
8. References
We may show the project as a reference after launch unless the client objects.
9. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, consequential damage and loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for services of third-party providers such as hosting, platforms or advertising networks.
10. Confidentiality
We treat all client information confidentially and oblige the specialists involved to do the same.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Where legally permitted, jurisdiction lies at the registered office of Passamonti Projects in the canton of Thurgau.
