Visiting this website
When you visit the website, the hosting service records technically necessary data in server logs, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. These data support secure operation and are deleted after a short period.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media services. Fonts and images are loaded directly from our server, not from third parties.
Cookies and Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) and Google LLC (USA). Google Analytics sets cookies and records how visitors use our website, for example pages visited, time spent, approximate location, device and browser. IP addresses are not stored in the process. We use these analyses only to improve our website.
Google Analytics is only loaded once you agree in the cookie notice. The cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are stored for a maximum of two years. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via «Cookie settings» in the footer.

Project enquiry and contact
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, message and optional details are sent to us. We use these details to answer your enquiry and carry out a possible project. We use Formspree to process your form submission and forward your enquiry to our Google Workspace mailbox. Data may also be processed abroad.
Sharing with specialists
To carry out projects, we work with selected specialists, some of them abroad. We only share the information they need for their task and oblige them to keep it confidential. For recipients in countries without adequate data protection, we protect your data with appropriate safeguards, such as contractual guarantees.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose or required by law, for example for accounting.
Your rights
You can request information about your data at any time, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To do so, write to us at hello@thesitehustle.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We update this policy when our website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
